The Structure
Start with 1 on 1 sessions
Learn the movements and build confidence over 4 weeks
Move into semi - private training
Small groups (max 4) with individual programs
Ongoing progress
Programs are reviewed and adjusted over time
Training sessions
Semi - Private
Coach led small group sessions (max 4) with individual programs and close coaching. Sessions run for 45 minutes.
Range & Conditioning
Group sessions (max 8) focused on improving your cardio, muscle endurance and flexibility. Designed to compliment your semi private sessions. Sessions run for 45 minutes.
Memberships
Memberships are built around your weekly Strength Pod sessions, with Range & Conditioning classes included depending on your plan
All memberships also include open gym time (12pm - 2pm most days)
